This one-day festival in Dartford is billed as a “day of wellness for all the family”. Organised by yoga teacher and psychotherapist Leyla Ramadan (aka House of Leyla), it aims to “feed your soul” and returns “bigger than before”. The varied programme allows guests to participate in unlimited yoga classes for all ages and abilities, take part in workshops, listen to educational talks from inspirational speakers, enjoy live music performances, tuck into vegan street food (from Indian to ‘The Hippie Turks’), and indulge in eco-friendly retail therapy from stalls selling holistic therapies, eco living products, and much more. Best of all, entry to this brilliant festival costs less than a single yoga class! And for under-16s and senior citizens, entry is free.
