If you are in Sydney at the end of this month, come and enjoy a big day out with Australia’s Turkish Cypriot community celebrating Independence Day for the Turkish Republic of North Cyprus (TRNC), which turns 39 on 15 November 2022.
The Northern Cyprus Turkish Association (NCTA) of New South Wales are holding a big barbeque and picnic at the Auburn Botanical Garden, in Western Sydney, on Sunday 27 November, for the occasion.
There will be entertainment, kebabs, food and drink, face painting, and a raffle with a big prize draw. You are free to bring your own food and drink too.
This community event is free to attend and is open to all NCTA members, their families, friends and others who wish to come and join the celebrations and connect with Sydney’s Turkish Cypriot community.
