After a two year hiatus due to the coronavirus pandemic, the British festival season is fully under way and one event set to resume on Sunday 3 July is the West London Turkish Festival.
Celebrating their 5th festival, this community event offers the best of Turkish culture, hospitality, and cuisine. Around 5,000 visitors of all ages and from different communities attended the festival the last time it was staged, back in 2019.
Held on the grounds of the Springwest Academy in Feltham, this fun day out for the family offers delicious Turkish food, stage performances with live music, arts and crafts stalls, a mini football tournament, a fun fair and other fun family activities for children and adults. Fostering ever-deeper British-Turkish ties, the festival is the perfect place for networking and socialising.
The event, which is managed by the West London Turkish Volunteers charity group, is free to attend, but prior registration is needed. See below for Eventbrite link.
